Rachel Ankomah is a pioneering sports enthusiast and founder of Accra Majestics, a trailblazing sports academy based in Accra, Ghana. With a passion for promoting women’s participation in sports, Rachel has dedicated herself to growing the sport of rugby league in Ghana and empowering women and youth through sports. Under her leadership, Accra Majestics has become a beacon for rugby league in West Africa, fostering a community of dedicated players, coaches, and fans. Rachel’s tireless efforts have earned her recognition as a rugby league hero by the International Rugby League in 2020. Her vision and dedication continue to inspire a new generation of rugby enthusiasts in Ghana and beyond.
