RACHEL ANKOMAH

Hi, I’m Rachel Ankomah; a communications strategist, sports administrator, coach and founder driven by purpose, structure and impact.

I am the Founder and Coach at Accra Majestics Sports Academy, Owner of RA Media GH and Founder of Her Field, Her Rules, a platform dedicated to advancing women’s participation, leadership and visibility in sports. I currently serve as the Director of Corporate Communications for the Ghana Rugby Football Union, the Women’s Representative for the Greater Accra Rugby Association and the Deputy Organizer for Greater Accra Skate.

In addition, I work as a Sports Development Officer at the National Sports Authority, where I contribute to grassroots development, policy implementation and structured sports programs across communities.

My work sits at the intersection of communication, leadership and sports development. I am passionate about using sport as a tool for empowerment, youth development and social impact, while championing excellence, accountability and sustainable growth. Through intentional leadership, coaching and storytelling, I am committed to building strong institutions and creating opportunities that inspire the next generation especially young people and women to lead with confidence and purpose.
